SaasPilot is operated by Johnny Arthur, trading as SaasPilot ("we", "us", "our"). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We've written it in plain English because we think that's only fair.
We collect only what we need to operate the service and respond to your enquiries.
If you send us a message via our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the topic you selected, and the contents of your message. This information is submitted via Formspree (see Third Parties below) and forwarded to our email inbox.
When you use SaasPilot to generate a setup guide, you provide details about your software stack and business context. This input is sent to the Anthropic API to produce your guide. We do not store this input on our servers beyond what is needed to return your guide to you within the same session. We do not build profiles from guide content.
If you use SaasPilot in BYOK mode, your Anthropic API key is used to make requests on your behalf. Your key is not logged or stored by us beyond the active session. You are responsible for keeping your key secure and for any usage costs incurred.
We do not run persistent tracking analytics. We do not install third-party advertising trackers. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp) may be retained briefly for security and diagnostic purposes. These are not linked to personal identity.
Guide generation is powered by the Anthropic API. When you generate a guide, your input (software names, descriptions, context) is sent to Anthropic's servers for processing. Anthropic's own privacy policy and data processing terms apply to this data. You can review Anthropic's policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
Our contact form is handled by Formspree. When you submit the form, your data is processed and stored by Formspree in order to forward it to us. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io.
Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted. We do not retain guide generation inputs beyond the active session. Server logs are retained for no more than 30 days.
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request that we correct any inaccuracies, and to request that we delete your data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@saaspilot.uk. We will respond within 30 days.
For any privacy-related queries, please write to: hello@saaspilot.uk
